How do I go about cancelling my reservation?

Sorry to hear you've changed your mind! In order to cancel your reservation, please first make sure that the reservation is fully refundable by checking the confirmation receipt originally received. 

Once you have checked the refund policy you can begin the cancellation process by clicking on the "Login" link located on the top of the portal page. Enter the Orbitz Record Locator found in your confirmation email and the name used for the reservation. Once finished, simply click on the "Cancel" button next to the reservation that you wish to cancel.

Please note that cancellations take 7-12 business days to process, after which the refund (if applicable) will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
