Although I purchased a bundle, I was not charged for the admission passes.

If you have only been charged for the hotel when originally you've ordered a bundle (hotel + admission passes), it is because your credit card was declined for the ticket portion of the transaction.

Since reservations made on the Findor portal are split into two separate transactions behind the scenes, it is possible that your bank approved one transaction but negated the second.

If this is the case, please contact our support team at support@findor.com - you will be emailed a new payment link to finalize the order, and receive your admission passes.
