I would like a refund, but my credit card number has changed.

If for any reason the credit card used for the purchase of reservations on the Findor portal has changed, we cannot refund the transfer to a different credit card number due to system limitations.

In the case of the new credit card is a replacement for a lost or stolen card, or is from the same bank as the one used for your purchase, the refund will be routed to your new account by the bank. It is recommended that you contact your bank once having had confirmation from Findor that the support has been processed in order to let them know in advance that a refund is on its way, and it should be rerouted to your new account.
