What if the festival has been cancelled? Will I receive a refund?

Unfortunately, due to issues beyond their control, festivals might be forced to cancel certain event dates without prior warning. In these unique cases, the festival alone will decide if a refund is issued to guests, not Findor.

In the case of a festival deeming a refund for guests appropriate, our support team will immediately process said refunds for all appropriate guests, as instructed by the festival. Please keep in mind that refunds can only be dictated by the festival, with Findor simply carrying out the processing of the transfer - unfortunately, we have no say in the matter and cannot make exceptions unless instructed by the festival to do so.
