Immediately upon placing your order, you will be automatically emailed a confirmation email containing your reservation information.
If for any reason you did not receive a confirmation email, please make sure that it was not shifted to your Spam folder. Otherwise a member of our support team can track it down for you, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Name used for reservation
- Hotel chosen
- Booking dates
- Last 4 digits of the credit card used (for identity-verification purposes)
